Window Replacement
Before
After
Like many homes built in the early 90s, this home was due for a window replacement.
Palmer's Project Goals and Challenges
- Because this was a stucco house, we needed to ensure that the new window dimensions for the main Palladium window were exactly the same as those of the existing window to avoid costly stucco repairs.
- Due to manufacturing methods and products that were commonly used in windows from this era, there was severe wood rot that had to be dealt with.
Solutions
- We repaired the wood damage to allow for the installation of the new window.
- We secured a new window, made to today's improved specifications, which perfectly matched the size and style of the existing window.
