Problem: A thorough residential inspection report identified numerous structural deficiencies and wood boring insect damage in this 95-year-old frame house. Some of the deficiencies were also due to poor quality repairs and undetected water leaks over the years.

Solution: Replacing band sills, floor joists, framing and installing several brick masonry piers and hydraulically lifting house in several areas corrected settling problems and restored structural soundness.
