This bathroom was created in an unfinished downstairs walkout basement adjacent to a 650 square foot bonus room. The bathroom was designed to have a fun, contemporary feel. A nice size linen closet with a mirrored door was planned for visually enlarging and adding to storage space. The entire bathroom was tiled in black and fawn 6 x 6 tiles in a checkerboard pattern. The shower stall was custom designed to provide a large interesting shower in this space and convenient shelving for hair/body care products and personal grooming. This was a very nice, functional addition to the downstairs basement area. It works out great for sleepovers and makes the basement a fully functional space for kids or adults to hang out.
