This renovation was a result of an expanding young family and a need for quiet “in home” office space. A 926 square foot addition, under roof, was constructed in the existing attic space. Existing mechanicals were rearranged in the attic and construction was completed on a bonus room/office, bedroom and full bathroom with ample storage closets. Two roof dormers were constructed for egress and adding natural light to the bedroom, along with enlarging a wall area in the office to handle large double window units (for much needed, natural light). The dormers were designed and built to architecturally compliment the rest of the house.
