Problem: 20-year-old brick home with a brick veneer wall pulling away from the framing of the house.

Solution: Digging out the concrete footings at the base of the wall and hydraulically screwing jack piers into the ground to lift the wall back into position.

To prevent future water entry behind the brick veneer wall, extra wood trimming and silicone caulking was done around the windowsills.
