Currently under construction this renovation involves expansion of a lovely, conveniently located home, in a nice neighborhood. The client wanted to add a prominent gathering room for their large family and covered porch so they could enjoy the beauty of their landscaped backyard. Additionally, the kitchen, office and several bedrooms were completely remodeled. Many exterior siding and trim repairs were also completed. The family now has a central gathering location for family and entertaining family and friends, as well as a beautiful new kitchen. A newly remodeled office and bedrooms were also a much needed wonderful improvement for the client’s home. All construction and repairs were done to insure years of family enjoyment and maintenance free living.
