One Point of Communication & Personal Project Oversight.

We know that communication is key. Your one point of contact is Gary, the General Contractor. He'll work closely with you every step of the way, personally communicating with you in weekly updates, or daily as needed. Gary is totally involved with each project, overseeing the process from beginning to end. You can be assured that his expansive knowledge and hands-on approach allow for efficient upfront planning and handling potential problems before they occur. This makes for a smooth process from beginning to end.

We do both New Construction & Remodeling.

Palmer Custom Builders is unique in that we specialize in remodeling projects as well as building new custom homes. A new home requires involvement from concept to completion. Remodels, additions, renovations, and repairs-which all involve an existing structure-can present challenges and complexity that are not a concern in new construction. You can be confident that we have seen almost everything in over 25 years of residential construction experience, and we welcome new challenges to solve, no matter how simple or complicated your project is.

We Plan Every Detail with You.

Each project we build is one-of-a-kind, customized to your specific needs and discriminating tastes. We literally start from the drawing board and think through the entire project from start to finish. Everything is spelled out in a very detailed contract before your project begins.

We Solve Problems Before they Occur.

We plan for your concerns such as having access to the home, minimizing and controlling dust, disposal of construction debris, placement of a dumpster (if needed), and minimizing disruptions through proper planning and scheduling. We'll isolate the project from the rest of the house. We're sensitive to issues that may affect you, your neighbors, and your pets. We work with your neighbors to maintain access to their home and keep the street and job site clean.

Unlimited Contractor's License.

Gary 's Unlimited Contractor's License enables him to build projects ranging from very small to multi-million dollar residential projects. Many remodelers are limited to much smaller projects based on their general contracting license limits. Our Unlimited License also signifies that Palmer Custom Builders has passed extensive financial reviews and demonstrated financial stability.
