Gary R. Palmer, General Contractor, has over 25 years of experience in remodeling, custom residential new home construction, and residential repairs. He brings to Palmer Custom Builders and its clients an expertise in all phases of the construction process including technical services, project planning, job estimating, creative design and construction solutions, and his invaluable, hands-on field experience.

Gary holds an Unlimited North Carolina General Contractor's License and a South Carolina Residential Builder's license. The Unlimited North Carolina license-the ultimate license available-allows him to construct residential projects of unlimited value. This license is reciprocal with South Carolina. Gary graduated from NC State University with a BS in Natural Resource Management with special emphasis on site and facility planning and design.

Pam Palmer is a licensed North Carolina Real Estate Broker. She brings to the company over 25 years experience in management, advertising, sales, marketing, and general business operations. Pam is the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Palmer Custom Builders.

Professional Recognitions.
Palmer Custom Builders is a member of the professional organization NARI, the National Association of the Remodeling Industry. Palmer was awarded the 2001 Contractor of the Year (COTY) Award by the Charlotte NARI chapter for a residential kitchen remodel. Palmer Custom Builders also received the People's Choice Award for 2001 Contractor of the Year, as a result of a vote by the attendees of the Southern Ideal Home Show.
